dehydration, or an allergic reaction to the MDMA itself that kills people, rather than impurities.
"Since ecstasy use in this country is basically an unregulated consumer industry, it is up to

Drugs information charity Lifeline say:
"It's really quite straightforward. It's all about taking it sensibly, about knowing your
limits. If you're going to, find out as much about what you're taking beforehand. Don't mix
alcohol and drugs, don't go silly by taking too much. If you're taking it with whizz then
take the whizz first.
If you get hot have a drink around a pint of water an hour is the
figure usually mentioned and don't get dehydrated or overtired by dancing for too long
without a break. Make sure you chill out away from the dancefloor. If your pill doesn't work,
give up. Don't go taking another one just in case. And remember, water is an antidote to
heatstroke, not to ecstasy."
